Job Description
• Manage HubSpot, including contact management, list segmentation, and data hygiene.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows, email campaigns, and dashboards.
• Monitor deliverability and ensure platform best practices are followed.
• Coordinate production timelines for blogs, reports, flyers, landing pages, surveys, webinars, and other assets.
• Manage handoffs between internal teams, designers, and external freelancers.
• Ensure all assets are QA’d, scheduled, and distributed properly.
• Draft first-pass copy for emails, social posts, landing pages, surveys, and event communications.
• Coordinate approvals and maintain consistent messaging and brand standards.
• Manage creative briefs, QA final assets for brand consistency, and coordinate internal/external design resources.
• Assist with Bennie and HRA event planning and attendee communications.
• Support logistics, vendor coordination, and travel/hotel arrangements.
• Help manage community inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years in marketing operations, coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
