Job Description
Role Description
This role involves leading cross-functional programs that support the development, commercialization, and deployment of advanced cooling technologies.
- Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with company priorities and product roadmaps (30%)
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, operations, and external partners (20%)
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive timely decision-making (15%)
- Track program risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation strategies and communicate status to leadership (15%)
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including engineering teams, OEM partners, vendors, and customers (10%)
- Develop and present program updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to leadership (5%)
- Identify opportunities to improve program management processes, tools, and workflows as the company scales (5%)
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in program management, project management, or technical operations with progressively increasing responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in hardware, data center infrastructure, thermal management, or related technology environments
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Agile mindset, collaborative team player, and proactive problem solver
- Startup experience is a plus
