Job Requirements
- Technical diploma, vocational training, or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Drafting, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience as a CNC Programmer, Estimator, or blended role within countertop fabrication, millwork, or construction.
- Proven ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and architectural plans.
- CNC programming software proficiency (AlphaCAM, Mastercam, or similar).
- CAD and estimating software proficiency (AutoCAD, Bluebeam REVU, CG Quotes/Moraware).
- Strong understanding of countertop fabrication, stone/quartz handling, and installation requirements.
