• Build on the existing Digital and AI consulting foundation in the US, scaling capabilities, offerings, and delivery capacity in line with global strategy. • Partner closely with the SVP and global consulting leadership to align priorities, execution, and investment decisions. • Help shape and evolve the US Digital and AI consulting portfolio, including application modernization, data and AI, and identity-led transformation. • Collaborate with Sales, Industry, and Account leaders to expand pipeline, support strategic pursuits, and convert early success into repeatable growth. • Act as a senior executive sponsor and trusted advisor to clients, engaging at C-suite level and strengthening Ensono’s consulting credibility. • Contribute to the development and adoption of operating models, delivery standards, and governance, aligned with Ensono’s global consulting framework. • Support the development and mentoring of consulting leaders and delivery teams, ensuring depth, consistency, and scalability as the practice grows. • Provide ongoing market insight and client feedback to inform the continued evolution of Ensono’s global Digital and AI consulting strategy.
