Role Description
As Retail Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic force behind our retail automotive marketing in North America and LATAM regions. You’ll partner closely with sales leads to craft and execute high-impact campaigns that fuel sell-through, elevate brand visibility, and unlock new customer segments.
- Build and activate promotional plans that drive footfall, online traffic, and conversion across key retail partners.
- Develop tailored marketing programs for top accounts, aligned to sales targets and in-store execution.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to retain and grow existing accounts while identifying new sectors and opportunities.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
- Brief and manage creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver compelling content and assets.
- Lead trade and consumer events that amplify product launches and brand engagement.
- Work with supply chain, category, and finance teams to align marketing with broader business goals.
- Build trusted relationships with key retail partners to ensure marketing plans are aligned and impactful.
- Lead research initiatives to validate new product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Track campaign results, report ROI, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate product changes, price increases, and competitive analysis with product and sales teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred and/or at least 3-5 years of retail marketing experience with automotive and/or hardware alignment.
- 5+ years of proven success driving promotional campaigns in retail environments (automotive or hardware preferred).
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior and in-store activation.
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Agency and stakeholder management.
- Creative development and media planning.
- Commercial acumen and margin awareness.
- Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Influential communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized project manager with a bias for action.
- Results-driven, pragmatic, and resilient.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
