Job Description

We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

Komodo Health is seeking a dynamic, experienced Marketing leader to build and lead a world-class demand-generation and performance marketing engine that drives measurable growth across Komodo Health’s customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to expansion and retention.

Reporting to the CMO, this leader will blend strategy, analytics, and execution to scale a predictable pipeline, deepen account engagement, and elevate Komodo's presence across the market. We’re looking for a builder; someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to establish, optimize, and scale foundational demand processes.

These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for…

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Advance customer and prospect segmentation to refine targeting and enable both an ABM-led and an inbound go-to-market approach.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product Marketing to ensure unified messaging and end-to-end funnel accountability.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure the MarTech stack is optimized for reliable attribution and scalable reporting, enabling quick, data-informed decisions.
  • Guide budget allocation and optimization.

Execution & Optimization

  • Lead campaigns across digital advertising, social, email, web, and field marketing to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Manage channel performance, conversion paths, nurturing, and routing in collaboration with Revenue Ops.
  • Optimize advertising investments across media (programmatic, search, social, etc.) for efficiency and ROI.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing efforts to increase engagement, retention, and expansion among existing customers.

Insights & Analytics

  • Institute a culture of continuous testing and iteration to rapidly optimize opportunity identification, become more efficient, and increase funnel velocity.
  • Build and operationalize performance dashboards and reporting cadences to analyze funnel performance end-to-end. Define and rigorously track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, Conversion Rates, ROMI), constantly diagnosing bottlenecks.
  • Provide insights into market trends, customer behavior, and product adoption to inform future investments.
  • Own attribution models and ensure visibility into campaign performance, CAC, and LTV metrics.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner across Marketing, Product, and Sales to support launches, GTM plays, and content strategies.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution and ROI.
  • Develop, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team of 5-6 professionals.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • 12+ years of experience and proven results in B2B demand generation and performance marketing; SaaS or healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Builder mindset: Excels at taking ownership in an environment where processes and systems need to be built and standardized from the ground up.
  • AI-forward: You've actively experimented with AI to change how Revenue Marketing gets done, not just to save time.
  • Bias for speed: Driven to get things moving quickly, prioritize impact, and execute programs with speed and efficiency.
  • Highly data-driven with deep fluency across marketing automation, analytics, and ABM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Google Analytics, Demandbase, 6sense, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Product, and Customer teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills—able to inspire, coach, and grow a diverse marketing team.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills; equally comfortable operating at the 30,000-foot and 3-foot levels.
