• Responsible for the execution of all Asset Protection and Safety initiatives within Supply Chain for geographic area. • Driving shrink mitigation, accuracy, safety, regulatory compliance and physical security standards. • Collaborates with Supply Chain leaders and facilities to ensure all Asset Protection and Safety programs are executed to standard. • Leading, coaching and developing the Asset Protection field teams. • Onboarding, training, coaching, development and communication of all Asset Protection processes, programs, and trends. • Drives accountability to the Asset Protection and Safety deliverables. • Leads internal and external case activity, supports investigative efforts, analyzes information • Monitors progress for shrink, safety and regulatory compliance initiatives.
