Job Description

• Source new pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels. • Identify prospect needs through brief discovery style conversations and route qualified prospects to an account executive. • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas through structured outbound activity. • Conduct research (district priorities, financials, tech landscape, initiatives) to personalize outreach to book meetings. • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene to ensure all leads, touchpoints, and follow-ups are logged accurately and in real time. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop prospecting plan according to the needs of the territory • Be effective and confident on cold calls using clear openers strong hooks and concise discovery to create interest. • Write concise, high-impact emails that resonate with educators, administrators, and district leaders.

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of outbound sales or business development experience (SaaS preferred but not required).
  • Curious, persistent, and hungry to grow — you thrive in a high-activity, feedback-rich environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft clear, value-led outreach.
  • Confident on the phone — able to engage prospects with empathy, handle objections, and uncover needs.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented: you track activity, analyze your metrics, and use insights to improve.
  • Able to communicate effectively with educators and school/district administrators.
  • Passionate about K–12 education and mission-driven technology. Experience working in or selling to the U.S. K-12 education market is a plus.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
