Job Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a sales role focused on elective medical, aesthetic, or dental practices, with a mix of field and inside sales experience preferred
- Top performer in existing sales role, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability and willingness to effectively engage clients both over the phone and in person
- Independent worker, self-starter, and proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Preferred experience using cloud-based communication tools (such as Slack, cloud-based VoIP telephony, Zoom, etc.)
- Willingness to work at a dynamic, ever-changing environment filled with friendly competition where high performance is directly rewarded.
