• Responsible for the development of complete High Voltage AC Substations proposals • Key interface with internal and external stakeholders and customers • Ensure proper engagement with customer throughout the tendering phase • Engage with other functions during tendering phase to develop scope, PMP, PQP, PEP, schedule, Risk management • Ensure the commercial and technical aspects of the proposal are complete and compliant with the Customer requirements • Work closely with Region Sales teams as a key partner in strategy development • Support market level pricing indicators, target pricing and pricing strategy • Complete risk assessment, submission, deal clarification/negotiation & hand-over process to execution teams • Conduct review and approvals in compliance with Grid Solutions Policy 5.0
