Job Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident in daily communication via Slack, email, and calls.
- Outgoing and approachable personality - enjoys talking to people and helping them succeed.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer success, or recruiting is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - able to juggle multiple conversations while staying structured.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setup.
- Available during European business hours (CET).
- Proactive and reliable - consistent follow-up is key.
