- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- Required active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred

- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
