Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
- Experience conducting market research to identify key talent pools and emerging hiring trends.
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple sourcing efforts to meet organizational goals.
- Specialization in a specific market or role, ensuring in-depth market knowledge and effective targeting.
- Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience tracking key performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
