Role Description

To support client in revising and updating regulated food and beverage training courses, ensuring compliance with current laws and accurately reflecting industry-specific terminology and regulatory nuances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing or revising regulated food and beverage training courses.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Alcohol Seller/Server laws
  • Food safety regulations
  • Food Manager certification requirements
  • HACCP standards
• Ability to interpret and document regulatory language accurately.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven instructional design.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in legal and regulatory nuance.
• Experience working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in food and beverage compliance preferred.

Requirements

• Commitment: 30 hours per week for a month and half, but could expand based on needs.
• Focus: Course revisions, regulatory updates, and compliance documentation.
