Job Description
We are looking for a Process Administration Specialist to anchor our Utilization Management (UM) & Quality team.
In this role, you’ll be the "knowledge architect" for our department—ensuring our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are flawless, our SharePoint sites are intuitive, and our training materials empower our staff to succeed. You will work closely with business owners to drive compliance, support system testing (UAT), and maintain the governance that keeps our clinical operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- SOP Governance: Maintain, audit, and organize all departmental SOPs. You’ll manage version control and ensure every document aligns with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Training & Development: Develop high-quality training guides, presentations, and quick-reference tools. You’ll also support UAT initiatives by documenting new workflows and system enhancements.
- System Administration: Act as the primary administrator for our policy management systems and SharePoint site, managing permissions, structure, and content organization.
- Quality & Performance Support: Partner with leadership to monitor compliance, support operational audits, and provide regular progress reports on risks and process status.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 2 years in process administration, training development, or quality support within a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Technical Savvy: Required experience with SharePoint administration and policy/document management systems. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. PMP or other project management credentials are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with Utilization Management, Clinical Quality, or healthcare accreditation processes is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Additional Details:
- Location Requirements: While 100% remote, candidates must be located on the East Coast to be considered for this role.
