Opportunity Overview
We are seeking Independent Sales Representatives (1099 contractors) interested in developing and growing a sales territory within the construction and remodeling industry.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who already have relationships with builders, contractors, architects, or remodeling companies and want the flexibility to operate independently while earning strong commission-based income.
Independent representatives determine their own schedule, sales strategy, and methods for developing business.

Responsibilities
Independent Sales Representatives may:
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and homeowners
• Promote window and door product lines to potential customers
• Generate and manage sales opportunities within their territory
• Prepare quotes and submit orders for customers
• Coordinate with the Judd’s Windows & Doors team for order processing and delivery logistics
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and pricing
Independent representatives determine their own methods for prospecting, scheduling meetings, and managing customer relationships.
Tools & Resources Available
To assist with quoting and order processing, independent representatives may be granted optional access to:
• Company quoting tools such as Jobber
• Manufacturer product configuration portals for Lincoln Windows, JELD-WEN, and Coeur d’Alene
These tools are provided solely for convenience in preparing quotes and submitting orders. Representatives remain responsible for managing their own schedule, sales methods, and business operations.
Compensation
• Commission-only structure
