Role Description

Lead the strategic roadmap for our enterprise technology ecosystem, ensuring our digital infrastructure scales to meet evolving clinical and administrative demands.

  • Direct high-performing teams by fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability to ensure we remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
  • Optimize departmental resources and budgets to maximize the value of our technology investments, directly contributing to the organization’s financial health.
  • Forge influential partnerships with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with the overarching goal of delivering seamless, world-class patient care.
  • Architect robust governance frameworks for internal and external audits, safeguarding our data integrity and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale technology portfolios or ERP/EPM platforms at a Director level or higher.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience within enterprise financial systems, specifically partnering with Finance, Accounting, or Treasury departments.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex vendor ecosystems within a matrixed enterprise environment.
