Job Description
Role Description
ServiceNow is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to support how Marketing uses and operates its core campaign and content management capabilities.
This role exists to make go-to-market operations and resource management solutions work better for the people using them every day. You’ll help bring order, clarity, and follow-through to how requests come in, how work moves forward, and how teams know what to expect. When something is unclear, broken, or stuck, this role helps figure out what’s really going on and gets it to the right place.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and to make sure Marketers have a reliable, predictable experience as we continue to evolve how we plan, execute, and measure work globally.
What you get to do in this role:
- Be a go-to operational contact for marketers who need help navigating campaign and content management processes
- Take in requests, questions, and issues, ask the right follow-up questions, and clarify what’s needed
- Help ensure work follows a clear, consistent process so people know where to go and what to expect
- Coordinate with partners to move work forward and close the loop
- Keep track of what’s in progress and help make status visible so teams aren’t left guessing
- Support the day-to-day operation of internal tools that help Marketing plan and manage work
- Notice patterns in questions or issues and flag opportunities to simplify processes or clarify guidance
- Provide lightweight guidance when needed to help teams use tools and processes correctly
- Help reduce noise, confusion, and unnecessary escalation by bringing consistency and follow-through to operations
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a business operations, analyst, or coordination role
- Comfort working across teams and helping untangle unclear or incomplete requests
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, practical communication style and the ability to stay calm when others are frustrated
- Experience working with enterprise tools
- A mindset that values consistency, clarity, and follow-through
- Interest in how good processes and clean operations help teams scale and work more effectively over time
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Requirements
- For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $79,600 - $123,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
- Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
- Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
- We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
- Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
Benefits
- Health plans, including flexible spending accounts
- 401(k) Plan with company match
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Matching donations
- Flexible time away plan
- Family leave programs
