Job Description
Role Description
Ferguson is looking for a skilled Legal Contract Administrator to join our Legal Team. This role involves:
- Reviewing, revising, drafting, and negotiating major account agreements, consulting agreements, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and requests for quote/proposal with customers and vendors
- Maintaining a deep understanding of contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company risk tolerance
- Developing strong relationships with business leaders to facilitate excellence in contractual business relationships
- Preparing contracts for internal review and approval and ensuring compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws and regulations
- Interpreting contracts and advising management and sales groups on contractual responsibilities, including legal as well as commercial concerns and alternatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience in contract management solutions, implementations, and rollouts
- Experience using Contract Management solutions, iCertis experience a plus
- Experience implementing change management strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Experience in championing, coordinating and managing change management activities with key stakeholders
- Ability to operate changes on your own and as part of a group
- A strong ability to communicate concisely with a wide audience and the proven ability to engage, influence, and align key partners
- Demonstrated project management skills coupled with creativity and resourcefulness
- Experience working with legal technology solutions
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time management, including the ability to balance multiple tasks and manage deadlines with accuracy

Pay Range
The estimated pay range for this position is:
- $4,124.70 - $6,783.70
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location and a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
