Job Description

• Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross-selling innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Riverside’s clinical products and strategic offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and expertise in product presentations. • Create and execute a territory plan aligned with departmental objectives, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed. • Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to maintain accurate pipeline data and improve forecasting accuracy. • Build thought leadership by staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights to inform product and sales strategies. • Advance your skills in business development, strategic selling, and territory management through continuous education and professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or Special Education.
  • 3-5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, discovery meetings, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize technical information effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clear, directed communication and the ability to instill trust.
  • Strategic thinking and critical analysis capabilities to evaluate trends and drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot to analyze and manage sales data.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and contributing to team growth.
  • Experience in educational technology or clinical assessment sales (preferred).
  • Familiarity with K–12 education market dynamics and funding structures (preferred).
