Job Description
• Lead the design and execution of expansion marketing programs that generate pipeline and revenue through upsell and cross-sell across the existing customer base.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify, prioritize, and target expansion opportunities using product usage signals, attach gaps, account context, and opportunity data.
• Translate product launches, new features, and solution bundles into expansion plays that drive meetings, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
• Own the end-to-end webinar program as a revenue conversion channel, including topic strategy, promotion, live execution, and post-event conversion campaigns.
• Design and manage multi-channel expansion campaigns across email, webinars, in-app, and customer channels with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Own customer advocacy, third-party review, and customer proof programs used to drive expansion, including proactive sourcing and packaging of success stories, testimonials, peer references, and review content aligned to sales enablement needs.
• Create expansion enablement assets and campaign kits for Customer Success and Sales to drive conversion from marketing touch to revenue conversation.
• Leverage marketing automation platforms and AI-driven tools to operationalize targeting, personalization, expansion workflows, and performance optimization.
• Own conversion performance from expansion campaigns into sales conversations and pipeline creation, in partnership with Customer Success and Sales.
• Measure and report on campaign performance across expansion pipeline, conversion rates, product attach rates, and revenue impact, and translate insights into optimization actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Ownership of webinar programs used as a revenue or expansion conversion channel.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success and Sales to execute expansion plays and revenue programs.
- Experience building and operating customer advocacy, review, or customer proof programs.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, with working experience applying AI-enabled tools.
- Strong writing and content creation skills for revenue-oriented customer communications.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and execution discipline.
- Revenue-oriented mindset with comfort owning pipeline and conversion accountability.
