- Strong hands-on React + TypeScript experience (not “UI tasks only”).
- Solid Next.js understanding: routing, rendering modes, data fetching patterns, and client/server boundaries.
- Care about accessibility, UI correctness, and predictable behavior.
- Ability to debug production issues quickly and keep changes low-risk.
- Write tests that actually catch regressions.
- English at B2+ level (English-speaking team).
- Use AI tools daily to speed up delivery and reduce routine work.
