Role Description
- Provide service to annuity contract holders by responding to requests via written correspondence regarding their contract products and benefit plans
- Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the contract, for example, policy provisions, values, basic procedures, etc.
- Process transactions and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas for processing
- Efficiently access multiple electronic systems to provide complete response
- Work diligently to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and our insurance clients
- Support special campaigns as needed, or if solicited by the customer
- Perform responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and quality service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required as minimum degree (diploma needs to be provided)
- 2 years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience is required
- Elite customer service experience is required
- Understanding of insurance products as well as administrative, claims, underwriting and marketing organizations is required
Requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required background checks and drug screenings, as mandated by client onboarding requirements
- Candidates must be willing to comply with all such pre-employment screening processes, and employment is conditioned to successfully clearing all required checks
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas
- Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while promoting a quality image of our clients

Work Environment
- This position is fully remote within the United States only
- Home base, remote – laptop will be provided
- Training: 2-4 weeks; typically, 8-4:30/5pm EST; M-F
- Regular work shift: Monday – Friday, core business hours are 7:30am to 6pm EST (8 hours shift)
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
