Job Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Software Platform’s API ecosystem • Ensure APIs are developer-friendly, secure, scalable • Own the end-to-end API product lifecycle including design, documentation, governance, versioning, monetization • Deliver exceptional developer experience and robust security/compliance • Establish KPIs such as API uptime, usage growth, developer NPS • Conduct developer research and build feedback loops • Influence platform architecture and evaluate API management tools

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years in product management
  • 5+ years owning API platforms or integrations in SaaS
  • Deep understanding of API design and systems
  • Proven track record launching and scaling APIs
  • Experience with API lifecycle management and strategies
  • Technical fluency in API standards, protocols, auth/security
  • Strong analytical skills for modeling metrics and impact
  • Executive influence with leaders across teams
  • Experience with API monetization and partner ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations via APIs
