Job Description
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, print design, or training design support
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
- Experience designing multipage documents, workbooks, and training materials
- Ability to convert complex operational content into clean, accessible visuals
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating print and presentation design work required.
- Preferred qualities include experience supporting Learning & Development or Instructional Design teams, as well as familiarity with LMS platforms, eLearning workflows, and SCORM-ready graphics.
