Role Description

The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) seeks to hire a Paid Media Manager to execute DAGA’s digital advertising program.

  • Partner with the Deputy Director of Digital Fundraising and DAGA’s consultants to develop and execute a cutting-edge, revenue-driving paid media program
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns from concept to deployment across platforms including Meta, Google, and more
  • Conceptualize, pitch, and execute innovative, data-informed digital advertising strategies
  • Write compelling ad copy and video scripts tailored to platform best practices and audience segments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, compliance, and leadership teams to produce advertising assets
  • Develop and recommend strategic acquisition plans
  • Identify new opportunities to scale and optimize online fundraising through paid channels
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reporting with insights to drive long-term list growth
  • Support additional digital and fundraising initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience working in paid media in the progressive space (at agencies, committees, non-profits, or progressive organizations)
  • Experience executing ad campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Experience writing ad copy and developing ad concepts
  • Experience developing and executing acquisition plans
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to DAGA's mission

Requirements

  • Ideally in DC or willing to relocate. Remote employees will be considered.
  • DAGA’s office is open 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern, but extended and nontraditional work hours are required.
  • DAGA offices are in downtown DC.
  • DAGA will work with potential candidates to schedule remote interviews and process onboarding procedures remotely, as necessary.
