Job Description

• Manage relationships with High Tech customer accounts • Develop and execute account strategy • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure • Conduct consultative sales cycles with deep discovery • Understand technical requirements and map to Twilio’s API platform • Communicate effectively with all levels of customer organizations • Collaborate with cross-functional account team • Run disciplined forecasts and achieve goals

Job Requirements

  • 8 years of sales experience
  • 3 years in major account or strategic sales
  • Track record of selling complex technical solutions
  • Relationship management and cross-selling expertise
  • Analytical account development strategy using data
  • Exceed quota consistently
  • Managing business forecasts and financial models
  • Familiarity with Twilio ecosystem of Tools: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, ZoomInfo, Looker, Tableau, G-Suite, Gong
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
