Job Description
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience supporting Salesforce or a similar enterprise-level application
- Experience supporting stakeholders in a large-scale sales or service organization (50 - 200 users)
- Experience managing a ticking system with a high-volume and diversity of requests (1,000 / month).
- Interested in learning from an experienced team how to support Salesforce and best-in-class sales applications.
- Dedicated to expanding your skill-set to manage projects and system changes.
- Want to learn what world-class growth looks like.
- Like collaborating with teams from technical and non-technical backgrounds and get energy from solving issues.
- Self-starter, with the ability to distill complex problems into simple solutions.
- Work hard, are a team player, and expect the best from yourself and team members.
- Inherently curious and seek to understand the “why” of a request or issue.
- Resourceful and lean on your past experiences to be successful, even if not directly related.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about adhering to systems best practices and are not afraid to challenge others when clearly and concisely communicate project requirements, goals, and results that elicit action.
