- Typical earnings range from $57,000 – $71,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience, once caseload is established.

- As an Associate Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will provide outpatient therapy services while receiving support designed specifically for clinicians working toward independent licensure.
- You’ll work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative environment grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Participate in supervision and professional development
- Collaborate with team members to support client outcomes
- Provide crisis support when clinically appropriate
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active Colorado associate license (LPCC, LSW, or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to grow clinically within a supportive team environment
