- Demonstrated experience leading high-velocity Design teams
- Extensive experience leading consumer-facing Product Design design teams focused on native iOS and Android apps
- Ability to create design direction and processes
- A strong bias-to-action to address challenges
- Analytical approach to Design work
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
