Job Description
• Handling inbound calls and warm leads
• Consulting with customers on their insurance needs
• Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Representing the Liberty brand
• Adapting well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our policyholders
• Ensuring customers receive quality products and services
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license)
