• Responsible for the oversight and development of assigned Major Accounts clients • Provide the primary point of contact for the corporate offices • Develop and deliver customized solutions that drive growth and deepen long-term relationships • Manage the overall client experience while executing on business relationships • Ensure that all products and services are accurately presented and delivered • Forecast business results and create the strategic direction necessary for profitable relationships • Meet with dealers to discuss consumer and commercial lending products • Train and mentor new and less experienced staff
