Job Description

• Own the Strategic Sales Plan: Exercising independent judgment and discretion in developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan for high-potential Mid-Market and Strategic accounts, taking full ownership of revenue targets and pipeline generation in the US market. • Lead Sophisticated Outbound Efforts: Spearhead targeted outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach (cold calling, social selling, ABM strategies) to penetrate complex organizations and engage C-Suite decision-makers. • Manage Complex Deal Cycles: Using discretion in matters of significance while driving the full sales lifecycle for larger, higher-stakes opportunities, navigating multi-threaded decision processes and buying committees with persistence and strategic rigour. • Deliver Consultative Value: Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand client pain points and deliver tailored, data-backed business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI and strategic value to senior stakeholders. • Champion Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Technical Account Management and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless implementation, while providing "voice of the customer" feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine our market fit. • Mentor and Elevate the Team: Act as a senior on the floor, sharing best practices and contributing to the refinement of the overall sales methodology.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Sales Excellence: A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience targeting the US market, with at least 3 years focused on closing net-new business (hunting) with digital-native or tech-forward clients.
  • Proven "Hunter" DNA: Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas through self-sourced opportunities, with mastery in cold calling, email sequencing, and modern prospecting tools.
  • High-Level Negotiation Skills: Experience closing complex, high-value contracts and navigating procurement/legal processes with C-level executives (CEO, CMO, CTO).
  • Vertical Expertise: Deep understanding of the Retail, Travel, or Classifieds verticals, with the ability to speak the language of the industry and act as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.
  • AdTech/MarTech Fluency: Strong working knowledge of the digital media ecosystem (performance marketing, programmatic, RTB) is highly preferred to effectively consult clients on technical solutions.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze territory data to prioritize accounts and build a sustainable pipeline, rather than relying solely on volume-based activity.
