Role Description

We're looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

As a seasoned professional, you will:

  • Transform client business requirements into compelling system solutions
  • Configure software demonstrations and create customised workflows using the Access technology stack
  • Lead discovery processes and deliver impactful demonstrations in client settings and webinars
  • Provide technical expertise in sales meetings to accelerate deal progression
  • Develop video content for digital sales strategies and support ITT/RFP responses
  • Partner with product and development teams to identify customer challenges
  • Drive qualified opportunities through consultative selling approaches

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in Sales Engineering, senior sales, or implementation roles
  • Strong software/IT knowledge, preferably within construction or financial sectors
  • Exceptional ability to engage decision-makers across all organisational levels
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent time management
  • Commitment to acting with integrity, loyalty, and honesty

Requirements

  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
  • Experience in software implementation, pre-sales, or sales within similar technology environments
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Proven track record of managing demanding workloads whilst maintaining attention to detail
