Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction
- Excellent listening and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (CMiC, Prolog or similar), scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
- Proficient in Estimating Software (HCSS HeavyBid or similar) and Civil project management software (HCSS HeavyJob or similar) preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field a plus but not required.
- Must have strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
