Role Description

Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring Regional Key Account Managers - Chains (Large Format) to drive sales and expand distribution.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans with the Strategy team to achieve retail sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with regional retail chains to increase ad placement, display support, and distribution.
  • Set and communicate sales goals, track performance, and collaborate with the Execution team.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing based on trends and economic factors.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights on demand, trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Regional Headquarter Buyer sales, preferably within the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong presentation skill using Powerpoint and Google Slides.
  • Superior judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • Full-time, Remote
  • Pay: $110,000 - $140,000
