Role Description
Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring Regional Key Account Managers - Chains (Large Format) to drive sales and expand distribution.
- Develop and execute strategic plans with the Strategy team to achieve retail sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with regional retail chains to increase ad placement, display support, and distribution.
- Set and communicate sales goals, track performance, and collaborate with the Execution team.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth.
- Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
- Optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing based on trends and economic factors.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights on demand, trends, and competition.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Regional Headquarter Buyer sales, preferably within the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong data and financial analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong presentation skill using Powerpoint and Google Slides.
- Superior judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Pay: $110,000 - $140,000

Job Requirements
